Shipping policy
We offer shipping to the lower 48 US states through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Not all carriers and shipping methods are available for some locations. We also offer local pickup. Shipping timeline estimates do not include processing time up to 72 hours.
Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase; this includes written notice emailed to [email protected] AND [email protected] . Used items are not eligible for a return; if the customer has unboxed and used the item in any way the item may not be returned. Any unused and untampered return item is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Customer will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the product; this includes the initial cost from Bike Fix to the customer and the customers return shipping cost.
All other considerations will be reviewed upon written notice. Returns outside of the previously stated requirements at a minimum will be charged a 50% Restocking Fee. Customers must also pay the return shipping cost and cover the cost of the original shipping to the customer. Once the return order is received by Bike Fix and inspection is complete, the customer will be issued a refund minus an assessed value of loss and a re-sale value consideration.
Sales on nutrition, clearance items, sale items, demo bikes, and special orders are final with no available return or refund.
If shipping damage occurs Bike Fix will work with the customer and the shipping company to replace, repair, or restore and damage item.
